Busy little bees

We've all been busy little bees this week, Steve's been supply teaching in Brundall School while kitty and i have been chillin' at home, with the odd jaunt to waitrose or little lambs (church mother and baby group), or to baby clinic where this week kitty weighed in at 14lb 5oz! Other exciting events: Steve and i went to the temple with my sister and kitty looked after the grandparents while we were gone, and Kitty had her blessing. It was a beautiful day, and a beautiful blessing, duing which time she felt it expedient to have a chat with daddy!
Don't you just love that face!

Rebel in the making

She used to be quite co-operative but just recently, Kitty has learnt a new trick. We change her nappy, get her all dressed again, take her downstairs, put her in the boucing chair and start doing something, then and not before she will fill her nappy. Does she think it's funny? Otherwise, things are going really well, last thurday, she weighed 13lb 8oz!

It's a funny ol' world

And it came to pass that news reached the ears of Amy and Steve that at the tender age of 21 Amy was called upon to take redundancy or alternative employment (which she doesn't want...). And so it will come to pass that at the close of her Maternity leave in August, in the year of our Lord 2006, Amy, instead of just 'leaving', the masters of ELC, have made a fatal error of judgement and timing and will be paying her handsomly (ish) for doing what she would have done for free! :)
Rock on!
And there was much rejoicing etc.!!!

To blog or not to blog...

yes.
And the Amy said blog and we blogged and there was blog. And all the world rejoiced (well those who knew about it and cared.)
If you haven't read 'cold comfort farm' read it now. Go on. No, I said now and I meant it. You're still here reading this wasting your time when you could be on you way to the library! GO!!!!
Right, now you're gone I'm going to dance about a bit. ................. There that was fun.
Kitty doesn't think much of all of this and is looking suspiciously at me dancing. I'll stop. (I really did dance...)
Well, there. Now that you're back from the library... What? you didn't go! right.
